Spicy Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
• 12 medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tablespoons of Bicolana Chilli's Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 8 small tortillas

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

2. Toss the shrimp in the spice mixture until well coated.

3. Heat the Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil in a pan and cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through.

4. Warm the tortillas and fill them with the spicy shrimp.

5. Serve with your favorite toppings like avocado, salsa, and lime wedges.

Spicy Mexican Street Corn

Ingredients:
• 4 ears of corn, husked
• 2 tablespoons of Bicolana Chilli's Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 lime, cut into wedges


Instructions:
1. Grill the corn over medium heat until slightly charred.

2. Brush the Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil onto the grilled corn.

3. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sour cream.

4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the corn.

5. Sprinkle with cotija cheese and cilantro.

6. Squeeze lime juice over the corn and serve as a delicious side dish.

Spicy Garlic Noodles

Ingredients:
•200g noodles of your choice
• 2 tablespoons of Bicolana Chilli's Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

2. In a pan, heat the Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

3. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well to coat the noodles.

4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Spicy Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:
• 500g boneless chicken, sliced
• 3 tablespoons of Bicolana Chilli's Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 cup fresh basil leaves
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions:
1. Heat the Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until golden.

2. Add the chicken slices and cook until browned.

3. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for a few minutes.

4. Drizzle soy sauce and toss in the fresh basil leaves.

5. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot with steamed rice.

Spicy Garlic Hummus

Ingredients:
• 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• 2 tablespoons of Bicolana Chilli's Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 tablespoons tahini
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
1. In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cumin powder, and salt until smooth.

2. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil.

3. Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.

Spicy Mediterranean Pasta

Ingredients:
• 250g pasta of your choice
• 2 tablespoons of Bicolana Chilli's Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
• 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

2. In a pan, heat the Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil and sauté the cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives for a few minutes.

3. Add the cooked pasta and toss well to coat.

4. Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh parsley.

5. Serve as a delightful Mediterranean-inspired meal.
